What is a Ticket Drop?
Often when an event sells out, there are still many tickets that are held by the primary seller (such as ticketmaster) or tickets that were initially bought and later cancelled. These tickets become available for purchase later at unknown times. When these tickets become available, it is called a "ticket drop".
What is TicketToolShed?
TicketToolShed is a paid service that tracks ticket drops to sold out shows. Once a drop becomes available, our website will notify you via audible horn, pop-up window, and/or email notification.
Why would I want to know about ticket drops?
Ticket Brokers know that tickets for certain events will sell for a premium. TicketToolShed notifies you when tickets become available on the primary market, which means you can buy tickets for high demand events at face value and sell them for a premium on the secondary market.
How many drops can I expect to happen per day?
For a list of 40 events we expect on average 6-7 drops per day.
Does TTS check drops for singles or pairs (1 or 2 tickets)?
You have the choice to have an event checked for singles or pairs. When you add the event to your list you will be asked whether you want it to notify you of a drop for either singles or pairs.
How can I try TTS risk free?
Sign up for a 10, 40, or 80 events TTS account and if you're not completely satisfied with our service within the first 21 days of use, email us at tickettoolshed@gmail.com and we'll provide you with a full refund.
